"Leading by Example"

Servant-Leadership is a leadership concept expressed through servanthood; serving first and leading second. This workshop will introduce the importance of leading while empowering the lives of those who follow.

At the end of this workshop you will understand:

Purpose, function, goal and role of servant
leadership
Principles, disciplines, and characteristics of
the servant-leader
Responsibilities of servant-leadership

Armorbearers
"Protecting the Anointing"

As armorbearers we must gain knowledge and understanding of the value God places on serving Pastors. This workshop is designed to bring understanding of what it means to “Have the heart beat of the Pastor”.

At the conclusion of this workshop you will understand:

Purpose of an armorbearer
Function, goal and role of an armorbearer
Principles and disciplines of an armorbearer
“The assignment”
How to protect the anointing

Purpose-Vision
"Writing the Vision"

As believers we must understand that we were born with purpose, and to fulfill that purpose, vision and mission must be clearly defined. This course will cause you to think beyond yourself and into the future to direct your destiny on purpose.

At the end of this workshop you should have:

An understanding of vision, mission and purpose
A vision statement
A mission statement
A personal vision (picture of the future)
